Is there a way when you are setting up a new scene in google home routines to change the brightness (percentage) of a light- ie can I have a routine that sets the bedroom dimmer on 30% and the hallway 50% etc etc

Unable to link Spotify to newly set up google nest

Both accounts share the same email. When I select choose to link Spotify on the google home app my Spotify app opens and shows a check mark but when I as google to open Spotify on google nest it tells me to link the accounts. Not sure what to do?

Setting up a rental property with Nest devices

I have a house that has a Yale/Nest lock, Nest doorbell and thermostat, and I'm setting it up as a rental property. I'd like to keep the devices on my account, but give access to the thermostat and doorbell to the renter. Is that possible?
