please ,trying to reconnect my Nest cam 2nd generation to my new phone it want let me get pass Putting in the serial numbers the page just stays blank .

You have the "Nest App" indicated in your post, but the new 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021 only get installed in the Google Home app. If you are trying to install using the Google Nest app, that could explain what's happening.
By the way, this is a community forum, where most responses are from other Google Nest customers (like myself).
P.S. If you are simply trying to access an already-installed camera from a new phone, you should not have to do anything more than to log onto the Google Home app with the same Google Account you used to set up the account.
