Nest Doorbell

I need 3 people in my home to be able to view the doorbell. 2 of us are on it and accepted, when I try and send an invite to my son I keep getting the “can’t send invite right now” message. Yes we all have gmail accounts but it will not let me invite him. I have seen this issue all over Google searches but NEVER see a resolution. It shouldn’t be this hard, how can I add him?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Have you reinstall the Google Home app? Did you tried it on a different phone? Is your son using just a regular gmail account?
