My Nest app has recently updated and removed my login details.
I am unable to remember the original gmail account that I must've created and so am locked out.
Is there any way to gain access/reset? Or do I need to re-create my home via a new account and then register my google devices?
I tried to reset using my mobile and main email (hotmail) account, but that's guiding me to a different gmail account which doesn't have access to my usual Google home centre with my cameras etc.
Sorry to hear about that. Let's get this sorted out. Do you have family members on the account? Also, what type of Nest devices do you have?
If you have a family member, you can have them add your desired email or have them check what email you've use from the settings. If not, you might need to reach out to our Google Support team for further assistance.
