On Desktop or Mobile, when setting up a new Nest account with an existing Google account and the user attempts to Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then the attempt times out and the user is shown an error that reads, "Oops! We encountered an error. Please try again." on Desktop or, "Problem connecting - Please check if you're online". This occurs via Wi-Fi connection, Mobile Hotspot, Ethernet, and 5G mobile data.
I'm using Windows 10 to run Google Chrome Version 99.0.4844.51 (Official Build) (64-bit) for Desktop, and an iPhone 13 running iOS 15.3.1 for Mobile. This has been an issue since at least 3/9/2022.
I suspect this is an issue with the request itself on the backend, not with the iOS app or Chrome.
