I am using 3 different web browsers and when I login to my cameras (nest) I get in then immediacy logged out back to the sign in screen.

I’ve tried logging into the Nest App and website via several devices including mobile and laptop. All attempts are met with “unknown error” and none of my cameras are displaying video feed in the Google Home app either. Wtf is going on?

All of the sudden I just was logged out of my nest app that has thermostats, protects and cameras. When I log back in I get an error that says “network error app is not communicating”. Is there something going on?

Same thing happening to me. I even tried resetting passsord and never received an email.

When I login to nest app it fails and says to try after few mins. Ir was working and suddenly showing this error. Google home is working fine. So I feel some with the app help me in this

My wife consistently has the same issue, but I don’t. We’re both on iPhones, both with the latest versions of iOS and Nest app.

The nest all of a sudden got disconnected from the iPhone. I have tried. Rebooting router, Re-installing application and step up from scratch the 2 nest products. They will not connect to the nest application. All passwords are correct and inputted. On the nest itself it indicates that the nest is connected.

Same here. Nest App Version 5.66.0 on iOS 15.0 freezes and crashes. The Nest app worked fine a week after the iOS 15 update. I have this issue on two separate iPhone 12 minis and a iPad 5 mini. Nothing changed on our end.
On my iPhone, I have deleted the Nest App, did a hard reset on my iPhone and reinstalled the app. As soon as I sign in using my Google account the app crashes.
I can control my three thermostats through Google Home and Alexa, but they are not as feature rich as the Nest App.
Please do not lock this thread like the others until you push out an update.

The nest app is now working on all my iOS devices. I did nothing, so the issue must have been a server issue on your end. Thank you.
