Nest account email reset

I am unable to log in to my nest account, I have attempted to reset the password but it just keeps coming up with a ‘oops there is a problem’ and no further guide as to resetting my password. 
I have tried to contact using chat but still don’t get anyway. So frustrating. 
my nest cam is linked to my google account but still can’t get into the app.

Hello AmyD89,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Just a few questions: When you try to sign in did you select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Nest? Did you try signing in with a different email? Have you tried signing in on the https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU?

I have tried to log in to nest and through Google. I have also tried to reset my password and this is the error I keep receiving. 
I only have 1 email address so wouldn’t use another.

@AmyD89, thanks for the follow-up information. Have you tried to sign in using a different phone and via the Nest website on your personal computer or laptop? If not, please try to sign in from there, and then let us know how it goes.

I'm having the same problem and I have not migrated my account, did not know I needed to.  I really need help to get this resolved, I'm stuck in an endless loop.  #

Yes I have tried laptop, iPads. Still no luck. I am now nearly 3 weeks unable to access my account and use these cameras as baby cameras. 
this surely should be easy to resolve?
