Last night all out Google cast devices decided to go offline for no apparent reason. Reset all today and got the chromecasts working again with nil issues. However our best he b max and nest hub 1st generation will not link back to our home in the Home app. Nest hub 1st gen connects to the wifi then when it attempts to configure, it remains in an endless loading cycle. The nest hub max won't link to the home stating it is linked to another Google account. Google support have been no help stating I need the account it is linked to. It has only ever been linked to my account. We go around in circles until the support ends. Any ideas?
