The presence sensing of my learning thermostat doesn't seem to be working. Within the nest app, when i turn on use phone location, it disables it in the Home app. Within the Home app under presence sensing, it will say "you're using this feature on another phone", and if I change it by selecting "switch to this phone", it will disable it in the nest app.
I've tried using it both ways but the thermostat never changes to away mode when I leave. What gives?
