Nest app connecting

I got a new iPhone 16e and cannot login to the nest app

Please answer the following questions to help me assist you better:

  1. Are you signing in with Google or with Nest?
  2. Are you seeing an error message while logging in? If so, what does it say?
  3. What happens when you try to log in on your new iPhone 16e?
  4. Are you using the same email address that you used before switching to your new mobile device to sign in to the Nest app?
  5. Did you migrate your Nest account?
