Nest app hasn’t been working on our iPhones

Both mine and my husband’s Nest app hasn’t been working for over a week. We’ve been on the phone with customer service, no help there. We’ve troubleshooted, deleted the app and reinstalled it, still not working. We can see or cameras through Google home app, but we don’t get notifications like we do on the Nest app. Very frustrating. Is the nest app server down? Please help!!

I don't think there are any Nest server outages; if there are, we have not been affected.

If you are hoping for suggestions from this community forum, you'll probably need to provide more detail than just "Nest app hasn't been working".

Customer Support should have been able to help you; maybe a Google Nest Community Specialist monitoring this forum will escalate your case.

I tried the link and it just takes me to a forum but really has no info about this issue. I cannot seem to find a case number. But when we open the app it just just says “there was an issue connecting to nest services. Try again later.” This has been happening for some time. We can still see the feed through the google home ap so we know the cameras work and it is an issue on nests end or at least the app. We pay for nest aware and this has been on going for almost 2 weeks now. We called a number on the website and it takes us to someone at google that tells us it’s a nest issue and they can’t help us but also can’t tell us how to contact anyone at nest
