I have an iPhone 11 and I’ve had many Nest products. I am trying to add the Protect to my app, but the app keeps crashing. I have followed all of the advice listed - turned app and phone on and off, stood next to router, even deleted all Nest messages. It’s not a new Protect or a new account. I had to remove my ex from my account and I’ve been able to reconnect everything except the Protect.
