Cristianbs85, apologies for the delay here but thanks for reaching out. Have you already reached out to our support team via the link provided above? If not yet, tell us more what's going on so we could dig deeper into it. Are you getting a message when logging in? Do you have a migrated Google account or a non-migrated Nest one? Also, is this happening only on a specific phone or are you unable to login to any devices?
