Nest does not allow login

My wife is a family member with full access.  She starts Nest and it asks to login thru google.  She logs in thru google and it accepts password. It asks to link Nest with Google and she allows it.

It spins for a minute and then begins the cycle again.

We have tried the three R's (restart, reboot and reinstall) and the issue is the same.  Her IOS version is 16.6

This won't help you, but in the last week or so, other customers in this forum have also been reporting they cannot log onto the Google Nest app. No resolution has been posted yet.

@womblepc, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Please try signing in your wife's email address to our Nest webpage and check if you'll still get the same issue. Also, try using your phone and sign in her same email address. Let us know how it goes.
