Nest lost all devices

Nest app lost all devices on my account.  Recordings are no longer available.  Devices are still in Google Home app and work in that app.

 

Note I did change my google password due a lost computer,  but i've logged in with my new PW

It is VERY unlikely that Google Nest lost your devices. It is more likely that you are inadvertently logging on with an incorrect username/account.

If you had previously migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account (we did so in 2020), and you were therefore logging onto the Google Nest app with that Google Account using the "Sign in with Google" option, and you are now logging onto the Google Nest app with that same Google Account using the "Sign in with Google" option and accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure" you are accessing in the Google Home app (where you are logging on with the same Google Account), you should be seeing the same Google Nest devices.
