Nest protect devices dont show up on my new android

I recently replaced my android phone and installed the Nest App.  I'm logged in to the nest app, but my smoke detectors don't show up.  They are still on my old phone and on my account when I log into Nest on my computer.  I've tried manually adding one of the detectors but it fails.

Any thoughts?  I can't find anything on the internet regarding this issue.

Are you logging onto the Google Nest app on your new phone with the same username and password you're using to log in on your computer?
