Tried to log into nest app and got message it needed to verify my identity and that a code had been sent to my email. No code ever arrived. Tried it repeatedly and cannot access either with app or via PC on nest website. Login is accepted but verifying code is never sent.

I did, thanks. Because I thought I might be doing something wrong, I re-entered my info several times. However, none of them worked. The following morning, I received all of the responses in succession, which I deleted, and when I went back to Nest I found I was able to use my old nest entry method so I let it go.
