We loved using Nest cameras, thermostat, and smoke detector, but when we moved I can’t get it to add the products listed above, can’t change the address, and scanning the QR code receives an error. I’d like to just reset and start from scratch and can’t do that it seems. I tried the Google Home app also to no success. Appreciate some help.
Let's see what's going on with your Nest devices. What error message are you getting when you scan the QR code? Also, If your phone can’t scan the QR code, you can manually type in the key or serial number.
