I have made several attempts through customer service to access my Nest app. I don't have the phone number sny longer that I had previously used for 2 factor authentication on my Nest. I have the password and two Nest cameras. I get zero response from customer service. Help! How can I update update phone number associated with my account???

Yes, we are still attempting to resolve this issue as we have no support from any sort of CS at this time.

I'm needing help. Everytime I open the app it requires 2 factor auth. It is using my old work phone number and am unable to verify it. How can I access the controls from the app?
