Not receiving password reset email from nest

Checked spam filter not hitting spam filter.

Added accounts.nest.com and nest.com to the whitelist on the spam filter.

Still no email.

Please provide some next steps.

Absulutely deffinately not deffinately the correct mail this is avastly experienced issue very well publicised experienced by dozens of people all getting no response for reset from nest

Call 1-855-469-6378 so they can manually send you the email.  That is what worked for me.  You have to speak with a person.

I had the same issue.  You have to call 1-855-469-6378 and talk to a person, who can manually send you the email while you are on the phone with them.

After I entered the Google password I was told by Google it wasn't secure. I tried to have nest send an email and it doesn't. So I'm am at a dead end.

Hi, I really need somebody’s help. I’m not very good with computers. Anyways I set up my Google home along time ago with my lights. I don’t even think I have it set up properly the four-way but anyways my lights were working for the longest time and now all of a sudden my lights don’t turn off and on so I thought I might have to reset it up again so when I went into put my password and it said that I had the wrong password so I hit the button forgot password, and for some reason, I am not getting a notification in my email to reset my password, please help me with

I don't know anything about your lights. We have some Nest cameras, and experienced the same kind of problem, though. Couldn't get the email to change password so that I could get them to work.  What I did, was I called 1-855-469-6378, and I spoke with an actual person.  You have to do that.  I don't quite remember if it had me push buttons on my phone for this or that, but you have to speak with someone.  Then, they can manually send you the email while you are on the phone with them.  I was on the phone with them for about a half hour, but I received the email from them and changed my password while still on the phone with them.  Then I was able to get everything to work fine.  I made sure I wrote down my new password and this telephone number.  Try it!

i have exactly the same issue as the other. after an app upgrade on the iphone the logon details were wiped and now google NEVER sends the email to reset it. i cannot work round it. going to rip the Nest out and put a reliable device in its place. Google your customer service really stinks on this occasion

We are planning to do the same!!   We purchased the doorbell, thermostat and extra camera and now we can't monitor any of it due to no service after the sale Nest!!!   Going to Ring  equipment!!  Will NEVER recommend Nest again!!  Never ever heard of a company or website that would not let you reset password!!!!
