Hi,

Ive got a nest doorbell and two nest cams for outdoor, everythings good except the notifications. Ive set zones and changed to only notify me when im not home, i get like 15 notifications when im home and my wife takes a walk with the dog. Why does it keep notify me even tho its set to notify when not at home?

Hey folks.

I would take a look at your Home + Away settings and look at the notifications that you get while you are away. Adjusting the sensitivity can also reduce the amount of notifications you are receiving. And you may want to look into Activity Zones which could help you out further!

Best regards,

Brad.

Hey folks.

Unfortunately, the technology is not perfect. It will learn it in time, but in the meantime just make sure your settings are there, and restart your device and it will eventually stop if you have all of your settings set up correctly for notifications.

Best regards,

Brad.
