Owner vs. Manager

What happened with the deal between there being a owner role and a manager?  Did they just get rid of the owner title??

The Nest app still has those levels of access, for those who decided not to migrate their Nest account to a Google account. For those who migrated, or have always signed in with a Google account, people you add to Google Home get the same level of access as you.
