I’m not receiving an email when I request to reset my Nest password.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to reset the password of your Nest account. I want to dig deeper into this.
A few questions — did you migrate your account to Google or are you signing into your Nest app using a non-migrated Nest account? Have you tried checking your the spam or junk folder of your inbox to make sure the email was not missed? Also, is your Nest account a Gmail address?
