Pilot on Google tv keeps loosing my tv

Hi team,

I have a Toshiba Android tv and it works quite well. I connected my Google accounts, I have all my profiles linked to the tv. For months it was working flawlessly but recently Google TV app looses my tv - it searches and searches to connect, so I cannot operate the tv from Google app. I hate the physical remote control so it's quite irritating. I deleted the tv from app, added it again and it worked for couple days but now it's gone again 😞 pls halp

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: does your TV have a built-in Chromecast or Chromecast device plugged into it? If it’s a plugged Chromecast which model is it? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? What is the make and model of the phone that you are using?

Check if your Google Home app is updated, Uninstalling and reinstalling might help too.
