Hi @Pan131279,

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're concerned about someone hacking your Nest and Google Home apps and want to be removed from them. I'm happy to assist you.

Although Google Home and the Nest app can't be used to compromise an account, it remains very unclear how your account was compromised from what you've described. In any case, it would be best to focus your time and energy on recovering your account if you've lost access to it.

I recommend that you try to recover your account with the Account Recovery Tool. First, take a look at the information below:

  • The account recovery tool is the only way Google provides to recover your account.
  • Google doesn't provide phone, chat, or email support with account recovery.
  • Only you can recover your account.
You'll be asked some questions to confirm it's your account; please answer them as completely as you can. If prompted for why you cannot access your account, be sure to mention that your account has been hacked, and explain the circumstances surrounding it.
If your recovery methods have been changed, you should enter the information that you provided when the account was created. You typically have a 7-day window after your account was compromised during which Google will allow you to use your previous recovery methods.
For further help and support with account recovery, we recommend posting in the Google Account community, where experts can better assist.
I hope this information was helpful regarding your concern.

Regards,
Anders
