We install Switchbee, and I notice in a number of installations that all or some switches are Offline.
However if you try switch on or off all lights it works

I am referring to switches in "Google home"

Could you please share more information about the protocol or implementation details of your SwitchBee devices? (Are you the developer for these devices, or a user?)

Hi dav_switchsmart,
I agree with @sipriyadarshi. For confirmation, this is about some of your Switchbee smart switches on your Home app showing as offline, right? Do you have Google Nest speakers linked to your Switchbee’s? Could you specify which? How is it doing now?
Keep me posted.
Best,
Dan

Good morning Sipri. Sorry for the late reply. I am an installer based in South Africa. The systems communication protocol is RF. I.E communication from the hub to the switches. I would be happy to connect you with the developer if you email me #. Dan. I have one Google nest speaker that is linked to Switchbee together with my cellphone. I E I have 2 devices linked to Google home. The issue I have is that it connects but shows my switches as "Offline"

Hi folks,
Thanks for the help sipriyadarshi and Dan_A
Hi dav_switchsmart, thanks for the response. A few things: do they remain offline when you force close and reopen the app? Do you have another brand switch linked? If so, are they working fine? Since you are able to control the switch via voice command you can try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app then observe if this will make a difference.
Keep me posted.
Thanks.
