Hello,
It’s been more than months if not years, that the ios/ipad app is missing the routines button if you are not on US region. Searching through this forum, we can see multiple occurence of this issue wih other users.
I have android smartphone and no issues on that one with same account. Please kindly fix this… it’s been a while

Thx for the link but it’s a real illogic limitation if im in region french but English = button not aivalalbe

The link below, under "Available languages by region," lists the countries/regions and languages that Google claims are supported for "routines". At the top of the page, it say "routines" are not available in Indonesia and Thailand.

I'm just another Google Nest customer; I do not know why the Google Home app supports only certain combinations of country and language. Perhaps they don't want to incur the cost of doing so. I"m sorry that in your case, France/English is not a supported locale.
You are correct; this issue has been around for a couple of years. This article on this problem on PiumikaWeb was first published on Oct. 24, 2019 and updated several times, most recently on March 4, 2021:
Also, when I looked at Google Support's responses to earlier posts on this issue, I was disappointed to find that the Google Nest Support staff seems to be unaware that the Google Home app supports "routines" only certain combinations of country and language. None of their responses pointed customers to the list of supported countries/languages (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7029585?gl=gb#routine-languages&zippy=%2Cavailable-lang...) and instead locked those threads with no resolution.
