I use Nest Hub 2Gen  as radio , using TuneIn app ,

but sometimes he play correctly at the begining and after it's stop to play music , it's like go "freeze"

Sometimes happened   after 30 minutes , sometime after 10 minutes , sometimes after 2 hour.

What could be ? can I use other service to play radio ?

I'm from Italy

Thank you

Thank you

Hey Fab76,

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community.

I understand the feeling when you're having issues listening to TuneIn on your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). A few questions: when did the issue start? How far is your Nest Hub (2nd gen) to your router? Do you have another Google Home/Nest device that does have the same issue? Do you experience the same issue when playing songs from YouTube Music or Spotify?

Try the steps here:

  1. Move your Nest Hub (2nd gen) within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
  2. Reboot your Nest Hub and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi

Hi Fab76,

Thanks for responding. Since the steps didn't work, let's go ahead and perform a complete reset to your device and see if that would fix the issue.

On the other hand, you can follow these steps to pair your Google Nest Hub to your Bluetooth speaker to play music:

Complete these steps if it’s the first time you’re connecting your speaker to your Google Nest or Home device.

  1. Turn on your Bluetooth speaker and make sure it’s in pairing mode. Press the pairing button on your Bluetooth speaker, if possible.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3. Make sure you're in the right home. The name of the home is at the top of the screen. To change homes, tap the arrow next to the home name.
  4. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  5. At the top right, tap Settings and then Audio.
    • If this is your first time to use Bluetooth on this device, tap Paired Bluetooth devices and then Enable pairing mode and then go back to Audio.
  6. Tap Default music speaker and then Pair Bluetooth speaker. Your Google Nest or Home device will then scan for Bluetooth devices.
  7. Tap the Bluetooth device once it appears on the screen and then Done.
  8. Your Bluetooth device will now pair with your Google Nest or Home device.

Tips to pair and connect devices

  • You can only have one connected Bluetooth speaker or headphones to play music through at a time.
  • Once you pair and connect your Bluetooth speaker to a Google Nest or Home device, it will auto-connect unless the speaker gets disconnected or turned off.
  • You can pair a Google Nest or Home device to multiple Bluetooth enabled speakers or headphones, but it will only connect to the most recently connected device.
  • Check which mobile devices are connected to your Google Nest or Home device.

Hope this helps.
