I've recently started to have connection issues with my Sonos system. Audio dropouts occurring sporadically. I spoke with service on their side, and they recommended connecting with Google about changing the wifi channel - since I use Nest wifi mesh system. But reading on here that that is not an option.
I saw another question pertaining to "unlinking" the Sonos devices from the Google Home app, and then re-adding them back in. (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/Google-Home-failing-to-connect-to-Phili...)
However, when I click into the speakers I am not able to click the Unlink Sonos option. It simply does not work.
Both of these systems were very expensive, and I need them to work as they were just over a month ago. What update happened that is causing issues with my Sonos now?

Hi Apap_C,
Thanks for posting in the community and apologies for the late reply. Thanks for trying some of the troubleshooting steps. Have you already tried to reset the Sonos speaker and set it up again? Keep me posted.
Best.

When I return home from the holidays I will try to unlink everything and basically start over again with the Google Home app. That sort of seems to be the next logical step.

Hello. I have reset my sonos system, and unlinked and re-linked it in the Google Home app. I am still having dropout issues when playing vinyl records through the system. However the system still works when streaming music on services like Spotify. So the status is that nothing has changed.
