Unable to access account due to 2 step code is send to old number

I changed my number in my google account and even contacted Nest to change my number there.  My nest app is still sending the 2 step code to my old number and I still can't log into my nest account.  I can't log in with Nest or Google.  Please help

Sorry for the delayed response but thanks for reaching out. 

 

I'm afraid that if you don't have access to the phone number where the verification code is being sent to, there is nothing much that we can do as we don't have access to your account due to security reasons. It's best that you reset your Google or Nest devices to their default settings then set them up again on a working email address. 

 

Let me know what device do you have so I can send the instructions how to reset them.
