Unable to login the nest app to access my cameras. It is not a migrated account. I do not have access to the email I signed the account up with. How can I reset my password?

I’m sorry for the delay. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: what’s the make and model of your phone? When did the issue start? Also, have you tried signing in on a web browser?

Aj2332, I’m sorry you’re still having trouble with this. Could you try resetting your password, click try another way then follow the instructions. Also, you can follow the steps in this guide: Can't sign in to your Google Account.
CJD, is there a way to contact your mobile provider to retrieve your old phone number?
