About 95% of the time, this (Screen shot ) is all I can see in the home app when I try to view my cameras. “Couldn’t play video”.
It doesn’t load and It’s been going on for several weeks now. I try to submit feedback in the app and that doesn’t load. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times already an that doesn’t help. My cameras are effectively worthless, please help!!

How's your Internet connection and signal strength at the camera? I had that issue when the cameras had a poor signal , once I moved them things cleared up right away.

Signal is good at 7 of my 9 cameras. Two of them are out by the garage and the signal has always been poor for those ones. That withstanding, things worked great for a couple years, then a few weeks ago the video availability became a problem. Its almost certainly a problem with the iphone app. Because when I access the video via the web browser, it loads just fine.

Ah ,.. ios yes. There does seem to be an issue with iOS users and the app right now. My suggestion would be to submit feedback through the app so that the devs know you are also having the issue

That's strange.. I assume you have already rebooted your phone and stuff. I'll escalate for you.

Yes, rebooted phone and deleted and reinstalled the app a few times.
