Why are App issues not fixed yet? It's been a month.

I have Nest programmable locks. The app use to allow me to program guests to enter at certain times. Nope. Supposedly engineers are working on the issue. For over a month? So yes, I go to the website, login in there and manually put the time in for guest to be able to enter BUT can't program the exit time to my specifications. Is there any practical help or feedback from this company? If the locks weren't so blasted expensive I'd go with someone else.
