Why does this keep dropping out

Did a reboot. Every time I try and watch something it drops out.

Hi Eddie,

Welcome to our new community forum! I'm sorry you are having this issue. I know how frustrating it can be when your show keeps getting interrupted by technical difficulties! But no worries, I'd be more than happy to help. I'd like to ask a couple of questions to start. 

  • Which device are you trying to watch something on?
  • Have you checked your internet connection? Do you experience drops when using the internet on another device?

Once, I have the answers to these questions, I'll be better able to assist you. Looking forward to a response.
