Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am sorry you have ran into this issue! I would love to help you out further but I will need some clarification:
  • Are you just trying to give access to your Home/Structure in the Google Home App to someone?
  • Or give access to a certain device?
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you done?
