Why is my Google Home Mini suddenly not ringing my phone when I ask it to call me?

All of a sudden for the last week or 2 when I ask Google to call my phone nothing happens. My phone doesn't play a sound, no notification pops up, nothing. It's never mattered, but I even made sure my ringer was on. Tried to see if it was because it wasn't on the same wifi... that didn't matter either. I'm not sure why but I can't seem to find a solution anywhere so any help would be appreciated. It's the main thing I use my Google Home for!

So sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to make sure that you were helped. I understand this can be confusing but I want to check a few things together. 

• Are you still having issues with this?
• Have you double checked your Home app to make sure the phone number is still the correct number? 
• What other troubleshooting steps have you taken?
