Hello, Chip Well.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your WiFi point setup. I imagine that's quite a frustrating experience. Let's take a look at the situation and see what we can do for you here.

Before I go further, I do have a few questions for you.

  • Are you able to successfully configure your WiFi router?
  • Is it only the WiFi points that won't connect to the network, or do you have other devices that aren't working?
  • Have you connected any other devices successfully to your Home app?

If you can give me a little more to go on, we can get this all figured out for you. I look forward to hearing back from you.
