Wyze light Bulb not responding

Purchased Nest and it came with 4 Wyze light bulbs. Set up all 4 with the Google Home app. One bulb stopped responding. Did 5 power rest and did not work. Wyze said they cannot help.

I’m sorry to hear that one bulb has stopped working. Let’s further look into it. 

 

A few questions: is this bulb showing in the Google Home app? Can you control it manually? Have you checked if the Wyze app can control it?

Let’s further isolate this. Kindly provide some information:
 

  • Is this bulb showing in the Google Home app?
  • Can you control it manually in the Google Home app?
  • Have you checked if the Wyze app can control it?
