app crached ios 18.3

Goodday all,

after update 18.3 the app keeps craching i tryed deleting it and reintalled but still ceashing

I use more than one google device camera wired doorbell en hubs i have a iphone 14 pro app version 3.28.104 when i open the app directly crashing can do anything in the app

Since you mentioned having uninstalled and reinstalled the app, let's troubleshoot the app by following the steps below:

  1. Verify the device's Date and time settings are correct:
    • Settings > General > Date and time.
    • Toggle off and on Automatic date and time.
    • Check the box for Automatic time zone.
  2. Confirm that the Google Home app has permissions to use the phone's location.
  3. Check and install any available OS updates.
  4. Check if the inconvenience persists on both Wi-Fi and cellular data.
  5. Clear cache and storage.
  6. Uninstall the Google Home app, restart your phone for 5 minutes, and reinstall the Google Home app.
