I am unable to sign in to my Nest account from my app. It states I have the wrong password. When I ask to reset the password, the information isn't sent to my account.

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out. I want to get into the bottom of this.
A few questions — what device are you using to login to your Nest app? Is it happening across all mobile devices or computer by logging in at https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w? Also, are you logging in using a migrated Google account or just an old non-migrated Nest one?
Tell me more so I could dig deeper into it.
