I found my old Google Home and wanted to use it but the device is already connected to my old email I don't have any more how do I log in with my email on Google Home without my old email?

You're actually supposed to remove your Google Nest device from the Google Home app using your old account before changing it to a new account, but you could try doing a factory reset (see below) and then reinstalling it in the Google Home app using your current account.
