google home routine shortcut not open

google home routine shortcut not open ..... when i click on shortcut .... its open google search not the routine ..... What can i do to solve it ?

A few questions: what country are you from? Was the Routines shortcut working before? What's your phone's model? What's your Google Home app version?

If you haven't already, clear the cache of your Google Home app. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Home app if the issue persists.

thank you for your attention ...... my phone is Honor 7A model AUM-l29 andriod version 8.0.0 .......Google Home version is 2.66.1.13.... I tried to install and un install program ..... but it is not working

Please give me the model of the phones that you used: the one where it doesn't work and the other where it does. Make sure the former and the apps installed in it are up-to-date.

Hey hoba_hoba, 

Check if your Honor 7A is up-to-date. Go ahead and uninstall the Google Home app. After that, power cycle your phone, then reinstall the app. You might also try changing the Region and Language on your device to the USA and English, respectively.
