google nest home help

Hi all

So I have a major problem in 2022 I purchased the google nest from the google home app..... Since purchasing it i have NEVER been able to access my Google Nest i have no idea what i can and or cant do i literally no nothing about it!

It's literally driving me insane, im actually amazed I have gotten this far tbh!

Is there anything I can do to retrieve my account and everything the person has done under my nest account?

It doesn't help with my phone being constantly monitored by a remote control. I'm constantly getting blocked from my server and or http address I'm being stopped argh hence why it's taken me this long to get here......

Anyway plz plz if anyone is out there that is willing to help me and I beg someone plz 🙏 I would be so forever grateful

What Google Nest device do you have? (Your post only says "the google nest" and "my Google Nest".)  Do you have a Google Nest thermostat, a Google Nest doorbell, a Google Nest camera, a Nest Hub, a Nest Mini, or a Nest speaker?

I don't think Google Nest would have anything to do with monitoring your phone "by a remote control", or with blocking you from your server or http address.

If you need to contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
