Si mi caja es un tv box y cuando me compre el dispositivo altavos google nest mini 2nd lo dectecto y si me extrño que después ya no me dejaba apagar el dispositivo

• Regarding the device you can't turn on, is the issue with the Google Nest Mini (2nd gen) itself (meaning it has no lights or is unresponsive), or is the issue with the Nest Mini being unable to turn on the Android box?

Es una caja y no me refiero a mi teléfono es una caja de tv si dice el google que no esta agregado a favorito o agregado

Just to confirm, are you unable to control your Android TV Box via voice command from your Nest Mini? If so, please tell me the exact voice command you are using. Also, is your Android TV Box already set up in the Google Home app?

Hola buenas días estuve esperando una respuesta del último mensaje disculpe ya vi problema que es es que tengo un multicontacto inteligente y que cree que cuando le digo apaga xwiew me apaga el contacto y el comando que le di para el contacto apagar contacto xwiew tv para ese contacto aquí esta la prueba no me dejo subir la foto que le quiero mostrar
