i can't download the google playstore app on to my laptop so i can use it on my fire stick

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with this. You should be able to download the app from the google playstore from a mobile phone or tablet that: Has Android 6.0 or later. Works with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.
