light on only when its dark

hey all,

i have a question regardging a routine im setting up for when i come home. When i say hey google im home, google starts my sonos speakers on a radio (took a while to set up) and also my lights. now how can i tell google to only turn on my lights when it is dark outside, after sunset before sunrise? 

im using tuya lights. can be done in there app but it cant start my speakers nor can i talk to it. 

can this be fixed?
