I have a new router from AT&T and now my nest camera will not connect. When I go to Google Home app. there no favorites to click on to find wifi to change the network settings.

Did you try a "Factory reset" (NOT a "Restart"), as described here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), before trying to reinstall your camera?
I don't know what you mean by "there are no favorites to click on to find wifi". Did you go to Settings and then click on the "+ Add" button in the Google Home app?

Got it contacted no help from nest. Was on the phone with nest over 45 minutes and got nothing
