You should be able to update your subscription payment method on the "Subscriptions Management" page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) by selecting your subscription and selecting "Change payment method".
If you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription (which we haven't had since 2020), I think you should be able to check and update your subscription here:
