On Android, the voice match changes from on to off
on his own initiative

Hi ofir,

This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Once done, you can follow the steps below for more troubleshooting steps if the issue persists:

To turn off Voice Match:

For a home in the Google Home app

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Tap Home and then Settings and then Google Assistant and then Voice Match and then Other devices.
    • If you have more than one home, tap the home you want to remove Voice Match from.
  3. Tap Remove Voice Match from the home and then Remove.

For a speaker or display

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Tap Home and then Settings and then Google Assistant and then Voice Match and then Other devices.
  3. Uncheck the box next to the device you want to turn off Voice Match for and then follow the steps.

Remove your Voice Match and Face Match enrollment recordings

  1. On your mobile device, go to My activity.
  2. Tap Menu Menu Other Google activity.
  3. Scroll down to “Voice and Face Match enrollment,” and tap View data.
  4. Tap Delete all enrollments Delete.

For more information, see this guide about Voice Match.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Dan

Hi DAN Thanks for the detailed answer
My PIXEL 4A (5G) phone
Connected with bluetooth to the media in my car
When I asked Google Assistant to play a song, he didn't respond and then I saw that the VOICE MATCH switched to OFF by itself, this happened to me twice.
in a period of about 10 days. Since then I have been working for about 10 days and everything is working well.
Of course I reboot from time to time Android and all devices including the router
I have 7 devices that work with Google Assistant and also 2 devices of the broadlink rm4 pro type. If it happens to me again that the voice match switches to the off mode by itself, then I Remove your Voice Match and Face Match enrollment recordings
And I'll let you know

By the way, I used google translate to translate from Hebrew to English
Thanks
Ofir
