My Nest app is no longer showing Live previews on iPhone notification screen it's just a still picture not a live preview I have multiple cameras all the newer cameras that use the Google Home App notifications work fine it's the older Nest Cameras that use the Nest App that are doing all of them but one only show a still picture on the notification screen Is this a software issue the came after the last apple update and is Nest working for an update to their app?

I am having a similar problem.  The Nest App stopped working, but I was at first getting notifications.  Now I am not getting notifications and cannot log into the Nest App.  Logging in through Google just says "Cookies are disabled..."

I have done everything suggested through Google and Nest - cleared cookies, rebooted phone, made sure every app is up to date, etc.  NOTHING!!

And I have been waiting 70 minutes on hold on the Google customer service number with no representative picking up.

Hi folks,

TamieF026, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. We just want to check if you are still experiencing this. If so, try to force close and reopen the app. Rebooting your phone might also help refresh.

OKCgal, you can check out this link for more help on signing in to the Nest app.

Regards,

Juni

I did do both of what you suggested early in the process - no help.  I did, though, find the answer in some other conversation.  I had to go to my Safari settings (even though I don't use Safari and at the time Google was my default) and turn off the "Block All Cookies" setting.

Thank you for checking.

I found that answer in another conversation on this site.  I do think it was the iOS update.
